REC Membership
Elan is a
member the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (R.E.C). It
represents more than 6,000 recruitment businesses and over 7,000
individuals in the UK. All our processes adhere to R.E.C recognised
best practice and we receive regular industry updates.
ATSCO
Elan is a founding member of ATSCO (Association of Technology
Staffing Companies). This association is a platform to share ideas
and views with our contemporaries, generating shared research on
industry trends within the IT recruitment market. Importantly, it
is also a co-ordinated lobbying body influencing European and UK
government. You will benefit from our real time knowledge of the
market and future trends which enable us to provide proactive
recruitment solutions.
National Computing
Centre
This is an independent
membership and research organisation whose mission is to promote
the more effective use of IT through the creation and sharing of
relevant knowledge. We are kept informed of current IT issues via
published guidelines, surveys, research and also special interest
groups, enabling us to provide an informed, quality service to our
clients and our contractors.
ISO accreditation
Elan has been certified to ISO9000 since March 1993; Elan
employs a permanent quality assurance team which conducts regular
internal audits to ensure that all aspects of service delivery are
of the highest standard..
The Quality Assurance team conducts regular internal audits to
identify ways to improve our quality systems and to allow us to
prevent deficiencies arising.
Catalist Accreditation
Elan is an accredited Buying Solutions supplier for IT,
Programme & Project Management Specialist Contractors.
Elan is one of only ten suppliers to be awarded this accolade after
a rigorous evaluation process and will continue to provide 'best
value' and 'best practice' services to Buying Solutions clients.
Elan has been accredited Category 5 (Bodyshop) under the S-CAT
agreement since 1997 and was successfully reselected in 2001 and
2005. Buying Solutions
is the new OGC framework agreement, replacing Catalist covering
professional recruitment services.

Defence Manufacturers Association
The DMA is the UK's defence trade association and the voice of
the UK Defence Industry. Elan is one of over 550 members (in the
DMA and APPSS - Association of Police and Public Security
Suppliers). Its members supply products and services to Government
agencies and contractors in the defence, police and public security
markets worldwide
