    In 2007 Elan placed in excess of 2000 Security Cleared staff working within the Defence & Aerospace sector. Candidate Attraction - Finding You the Best TalentThrough the use of our wide range of candidate attraction and sourcing strategies, both locally, nationally and internationally, Elan are able to deliver quality resources to our clients. We have significantly improved the CV response times, and therefore reduced the time to hire, with many of our existing clients

We work consultatively with Client hiring managers to determine the most appropriate recruitment strategies to employ to fill each vacancy. We supply candidates through one or a combination of more than one of the following three approaches:

  • Search/ Headhunting

The most relevant strategy will depend on the type of vacancy we are required to fill; for example, many vacancies are filled with candidates registered with Elan or the Manpower Group or found through networking around known candidates. An advertising campaign is successful at attracting candidates who are currently employed but beginning to look for new opportunities. If the role is very senior or involves a rare skill set, we will conduct an executive search, proactively but realistically selling your role to professionals who are not actively seeking a new opportunity.

Contingency SearchWe utilise contingency search to rapidly identify candidates. We have an extensive live database with over 700,000 candidates registered across the UK and US. We search the internal database to identify relevant candidates and network within specific niche skill areas to find further candidates through referrals. We adopt a proactive and sophisticated approach to resource development, utilising integrated media campaigns to source new candidates and to build the equity of the Elan/Manpower brands amongst future applicants.

Campaign ManagementWe specialise in managing recruitment advertising campaigns.
