ECM (Elan Consultant Model)
The Elan Consultant Model is a unique
alternative to traditional contracting. It offers you all the

How does it work?
When you register your resume with Elan, our
resourcing team will carry out a full skills evaluation and
interview. If successful you will be employed as a permanent member
of Elan and placed onto long term projects and assignments with our
clients.
This model is the preferred method of recruitment in EMEA where we
have 1600 consultants based at a range of our Global, Key and
Retail clients, and it is proving very successful for our
candidates in the UK.
